The Under-graduate Course, Ayurvedacharya (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) is of 5½ years duration (4½ years of the main course and 1 year internship).The curriculums of BAMS is as approved by IOM / TU, Ayurvedic Medical Council of Nepal and ICCM of India.

Eligibility

• Passed 10+2 Science or equivalent (with Physics, Chemistry and Biology) with 50% aggregate in total marks or GPA 2.4

• Secured the Percentage equivalent to above eligibility in regards to the certificate level programs (A-Level) with different grading system

• Applicants who have passed the Health Science Proficiency Certificate Level/Diploma (General Medicine, Medical Lab Technology, Ophthalmic Science, DentalScience, Pharmacy, Ayurveda, Radiography, Physiotherapy)  containing Physics,Chemistry and Biology with Certificate of Equivalence to Grade 12 Science program from National Examination Board

• Registered in Nepal Health Professional council or Nepal Pharmacy Council orNepal Ayurveda Council as per related educational program.

Selection Procedure

For both Scholarship and Paying seats, candidates selection is done by Medical Education Commission (MEC) according to the Merit list of Common Entrance Exam (CEE) conducted by MEC. Selection is done through online matching process.
